As a multi-national company with sales, service, and technical support operations around the globe, we maintain an extensive inventory of genuine SDS Automation machines, replacement parts, Trimless® LetterForm®, and LiquiForm materials right here in America.  Our extensive inventory and our comprehensive service and support infrastructure enable us to respond to the needs of our customers quickly and efficiently. 

Our two U.S. facilities are strategically located in Thornton, Colorado, and Foothill Ranch, California.  Our two US warehouses always maintain an exhaustive inventory of parts, complete machines, and our patented Trimless sign-making materials.  This ensures we can provide expedited shipping to our customers whether they need a complete machine or just parts and materials.  We understand that delays and down-time are costly and can have a negative impact on our customers’ operations, therefore, we are fully committed to maintaining a wealth of machines and parts in stock and available for immediate shipment. 

For example, when a customer needs replacement parts, we can have them delivered as quickly as 8 am the following morning.  If a customer needs an entire machine, we can have it delivered in less than a week! Once a customer’s new machine is delivered, our on-site installation and training (if included) will follow shortly thereafter.  We have effectively put an end to the 10-week lead-times for new machines that are typical for other manufacturers within the industries we serve.

SDS Automation strives to have and maintain the very best service and support infrastructure in the industries we serve. Our company offices, machine and parts inventory are spread between two strategically located locations, Thornton, Colorado and Foothill Ranch, California.  Our CA facility is also home to our state-of-the-art showroom. We even have regional technical support personnel in California, Colorado, New York, South Carolina, Michigan, and Virginia which enables us to cover every time zone.Our company’s ongoing mission is to provide innovative solutions that ensure our customers are able to maximize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of their die-making and sign-making business.  

 When you need support, you need it now.  Downtime is costly and missed deadlines are unacceptable.   We understand that and we use TeamViewer which allows us remote log-in capability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot any technical issues. Team Viewer is the application of choice for 90% of the Fortune 500 companies that offer remote support. With it, we can remotely troubleshoot and correct most of the issues you may encounter with your machine, saving time and money by getting you back up and running as quickly as possible.
