Challenge

Last year, the company moved into a larger facility to accommodate an ever-increasing workload and skyrocketing demand for their signage products.  Despite the additional space, Front Signs continued to have a difficult time keeping pace with their success and it became clear that more improvements were needed if they were to keep pace with their growth. The company had been producing channel letters manually which is incredibly labor intensive and time-consuming.  Given the huge volume of incoming orders, the production team knew they couldn’t manufacture that volume of letters by hand.  Outsourcing meant sacrificing profits and surrendering control of production.  Instead, they decided to look for an automated solution to help boost their channel letter production. They required a solution that would help them cut down production time by half and double channel letter production, at a minimum.
